Help me with a bra!

I cannot wear bras, wired, not wired, sports, it doesn't matter.

I have severely flared, higher than normal ribs and after an hour or so any bra presses very painfully against my ribs.

To add insult, despite being a large size (36 G) my breasts have lost a lot of volume on the top and are really droopy.

I try not to let it bother me too much but honestly I'm really fed up.

I have seen silicone bra cups that you stick on, are these likely to help lift up my horribly saggy breasts and not cripple me with pain?

Or are they going to be a waste of money and not be able to offer any lift?

Anyone tried them?

I'm only 30 and so fed up with having 'big' breasts that should look lovely but instead lie practically flat and look smaller than my belly 🙁

I'm not sure why you have chosen to place this in AIBU - so off the bat I am saying you are unreasonable, there is a perfectly good style and beauty board.

In response to your query regardless - silicon bras will do nothing to help you on a long term basis, I'm not sure they even come in a G cup.

You need to go to a proper bra retailer, I.e. not M&S to be properly measured and try on different bras. You may be able to find a bra that will fit over your rib flare which will help you with comfort.

AIBU is the busiest board, i do read the style and beauty board a lot and it's very quiet in comparison

I recommend Bravissimo for a proper fitting. They are very professional and very relaxed - explain your issues. I'm sure there is a bra out there for you. It's entirely possibly you are not the size you think you are and all you need is a good fit.

Go and fitted properly.

Silicone bra cups would imo be useless for you, I'm a B and they're useless.

Have you measured yourself using bra and bust method?

Have a look at Molke bras.
