AIBU to hire a postnatal doula?

I'm my second baby by c-section in the summer and my first is only one. I do have some family who will help a bit but they don't live nearby so can't pop in - they can only come to stay for a weekend etc. I think I'll need help with my eldest and housework etc day to day once my husband is back at work and I'm worried about how I will manage. Assuming we can afford it (I'm actually not sure how much it costs?) AIBU to hire a post-natal doula? Is this a good idea? What sort of services do they provide / how many hours per day or week is usual / did you find it helpful? Thanks in advance.

Not unreasonable. In the Netherlands (the land of pragmatism) new parents can have kraamzorg (maternity care). This is a maternity nurse who comes to your house for the first week or so after the birth. Their role is to help the mother heal from the birth and to support feeding etc.
