I received a Smartbox in July 2018 as a gift from work. It has a receipt inside for July 2018 and says on the box that it is valid for 2 years.
I went on the website to register the box a few days ago and it says it has expired. I've tried to call Smartbox customer service and haven't been able to get through (2.5 hours on hold today) and have also emailed them, no reply yet.
Am I U to think that they should be honouring this box; it is valid?
Has anyone had any experience of this, please?
