Apparently you can only have ONE “order” on their system at any one time.
I cancelled my BT TV package about a week ago as I had sky installed. Want to keep BT sport and transfer it over to sky.
Apparently I have to wait until the 30 day notice period is up before they can move my BT sport over as their system is too incompetent to process more than one thing at a time!
What utter nonsense.
