Small ideas to cheer up the winter days

This time of year is always a bit grey and flat. What are some of the things you do (if any) to try to make the time before spring a little nicer?
I’m trying hard to revel in the darker nights by getting cosy by the fire, binge watching Netflix series/films, cooking lovely things and baking, and trying to get out for walks. In the past I’d snuggle under the duvet, drink wine and read lots of books..but, toddler, so not much chance of that!
Jan, Feb and March are just a bit blah..aside from pancake day 😂

I love autumn and the build up to Christmas. Those few months before spring are always a bit meh really, I tend to eat too much and sit around too much..hibernation time 😂

I’m going against the grain here and saying, a strong vitamin D supplement, strong multi vitamin, exercise and as much outdoor time as possible. As a SAD sufferer, I’ve finally come to realise that what you need to do in winter is the opposite of what you actually want to do!
