Probably BU to post here but cant find info online and shamelessly posting for traffic!
Got sent to A&E yesterday for a severe allergic reaction. I have had reactions before but they are worse each time, this normally follows eating out. The last two times I have also taken fluconazole for thrush and am not sure whether a coincidence or if these recent reactions could be down to this medication rather than food?
Has anyone developed a reaction with facial swelling etc to this before? Have taken it at least 6 times this year due to recurrent thrush without the reaction too :/. If you did does this mean I will always react or can it be a one off side effect? I will be referred to allergy clinic but could take months
