Hiya

Anyone dealt with Cafcass? I have a report due this week. Was told after xmas be spoken to. It's a section 7. She has already spoken to my daughter but wanted to see her at school already.

It's me being paranoid but my ex is extremely manipulative and a good liar. Also accusing me of awful things to my kids. All to destroy me exactly as he threatened me he would if I left

I am so scared he wants all my kids. Ive been left with nothing but now he wants kids. I would never deny him and wanted to sort something out but he kept threatening me

Im scared she has believed all his lies. My case is complex can't go into details but he is angry and violent not physically. But comes across nice on the outside all the time

Unlikely they have believed a pack of lies but it’s not for them to judge the exact truth either. If ex is making claims about you with no evidence they won’t carry any weight in the process. Exes are rarely given sole charge of children.

If your kids have been living with you then residency is extremely unlikely to be be awarded to your ex without outside agency involvement. Instead he will get to spend time with them and that depends on how far away, he lives from you.

I agree with ColaFreezePop. Unless there are safeguarding risks that preclude your ex from having contact. Or, if the kids are old enough to express a clear preference not to see him. CAFCASS and the courts like the status quo - kids need stability and familiarity.

Does he have PR

Who does the child live with.

You say he’s violent but not physically what does this mean?

Is social social services/police involved.

You mention your daughter but then add he wants all your kids what does this mean?
