I'm think I'm struggling a little at the moment people seem to be getting away with causing problems and difficulties in my life. Getting away with not telling the truth or not the whole truth.

Surly at some point these people will get their karma? As I've not retaliated and just kept my head high.

For example my ex has never declared his sole trader income to HMRC so when CMS calculate his maintainance they do so on his temporary employed income as he works employed 2/3 months a year. Meaning he pays £8 a week maintainance for the two children. Nothing more he won't even help with uniform. He also pays none of his tax etc etc.

Report him to HMRC, your kids get more support and the government gets more money to spend on the NHS... and this dickhead gets what's coming to him?
Win win!
I do believe in karma though and in my experience it has always worked out, in the end.

Nope. Karma doesn't exist; good things happen to bad people all the time, and bad people get away with being shits.

Report him!

I have reported him over a year ago twice in fact but nothings come of it.

At one point before I went to the CMS he was paying £200 a month he then stopped so I contacted them. They then calculated he'd only earned £43 a week the whole pervious tax year when I asked how could this be as he'd paid me more than his entire wage each month in CM, they said this wasn't enough evidence to conduct a HMRC investigation as his partner could be supporting him and he had never said he was a sole trader. I even supplied them with evidence of his website and they didn't care.

Not a big enough fish.

Bloody hell. I didnt realise HMRC were so soft. Why didnt they check his bank account?! I'm fuming for you

I knew someone who was charging VAT and wasn't VAT registered, I used to go into the tax office in Sheffield quite often, they absolutely did not want to know. Unbelievable really.
