Do we have a problem with sex?

I think me and DH have a great sex life. Recently DH has started worrying that it’s bad that we have way more orgasms after a few drinks than when sober. Isn’t this just normal or should I be worried?

It doesn't sound like you have a problem with sex, it sounds like your DH is anxious that he drinks too much and maybe has performance anxiety when sober.

Do you have sex drunk more than sober?

Drink heightens emotions and response to stimuli so its fairly rational that it can heighten sexual pleasure but we all know what it can do to male performance. Sober sex is more emotionally bonding IMHO. More real.

Do you think he means you don't fancy each other as much in the cold light of day?

There is no normal when it comes to sex or orgasms anyway. Drunk sex is maybe less inhibited so maybe it's down to that? I doubt it means much, needing a few drinks to really get going doesn't sound very romantic.
