I've logged onto the Royal mail website and attempted to redirect my mail and it didn't work. 
I've tried changing my bank address to the new address, used different bank cards, and then a message came up saying I had to wait another 7 days before applying again. 
I then registered under my partner and tried the same theories - nothing!!
Anyone else had this trouble?
Any ideas on how to go round it?
