Son cut his lip, need medical help? (Pic)

DS 6 slipped at the park and cut his lip about 3pm

It was bleeding a lot at the time and is swollen now. He's eating ok and drinking ok and is happy... he thinks he looks like Halloween costume!

But I'm worried as it's still slightly bleeding as you can see in the pic. About to put him to bed but should I be worried about this or doing something more?

@greensleeves101 I know! I was pretty gutted as I fell when I was 2 and my front teeth turned black. I was really worried either that would happen or she would lose them entirely.
As it happened she fell again about 2 weeks later and knocked the same ones! That was a real "for fuck sake!!" moment she must have quite resilient front teeth!

Swelling has gone down slightly and it's stopped bleeding! :) thanks for all the reassurance last night
