Just that really. Some of you may remember the thread about the OP's mum invited her friend over to spend Christmas without the minor detail of checking if that would be remotely OK with OP. Apparently she got told and was going to retract the offer.

What actually happened? How was Christmas? 😁

I think so, with zero discussion in advance, to OP's house! It stuck out for me as an astonishing example of cheeky conduct.

That was so funny! The DM clearly oblivious to anyone else's feelings.

I think the OP's father was going to make sure it was all sorted out so that Jane was uninvited. He was not impressed with what his wife had done to his daughter.
