Hello. Hope everyone is enjoying the Christmas festivities.
Please can someone help me. We've had a new combi boiler (in our bedroom.) Straight afterwards I noticed a very slow 'hot' water tap in the kitchen (downstairs) also the hot tap seems to release cold water. The hot tap and shower in the bathroom (upstairs) are fine - release hot water at the correct temperature. When I asked the engineer he said I needed a new tap as it was leaking? (By this point he was in a rush to go home.) This makes no sense as it was working fine previously.
What could be the problem? Thanks
