Chicken pox and flu simultaneously?

DS has confirmed flu (swab). He was in contact with chicken pox to quite a significant extent 2 weeks ago.

Do I need to worry he may get both at the same time?

Aw that's such a shame. The incubation period for Chicken pox is usually 14 days from first contact. My DD was bang on 14 days from being with her cousin who then broke out in spots the next day after they were together. Really hope your DC doesn't get it and gets over the flu quickly enough xxx
