To ask about period cramps with little bleeding

Sorry to post in here but the health board looked v quiet.

I’m 43, had surgery on my ovaries 3 and a half years ago. I have had one day of bleeding in the last week. For the first time this year. I’ve now has cramps for four days. With just the one day of light bleeding. What could the reason be? Should I be concerned.

You need to speak to a doctor OP. It could be anything or nothing at all, and you're only likely to get myriad and conflicting advice on the internet.
