AIBU to not know if this is chickenpox or not?

DS is hot and full of cold very clingy and off his food.
Then this appeared. It did have a blustery head which has burst but no others so far. Or is it something else?

It could be hand foot and mouth otherwise, I may be wrong but think it's common at this time of year, see if there are any spots in his mouth / around nappy area

Does look like the pox. Some kids are lucky and don’t get many spots at all. You might find they come up more over the course of the day.

I wondered if I was HFM as one of my others had this .
So hard to tell
