To ask for your help finding this picture off the internet?

Decent people of Mumsnet, I saw this picture online a few months back, only I can't remember where.. or what on.. I've searched for it but can't find it, somebody must have seen it before? I am hoping for a point in the right direction.
It's a cartoon style picture of a family gathered around a woman's hospital death bed, they are all grieving over her. The spirit of the woman however is drawn leaving her body and joining the other spirits of already deceased family, who are all smiling and possibly hugging her. Thank you!

When I see a thread like this I always think how fantastic Mumsnetters are!

I dont know if you have seen it but you might like the film CoCo, it seems kind of like the film equivalent of that photo.
