My mum used to make her own Christmas pudding but nowadays she buys them. Christmas 2017 the Christmas pud was absolutely delicious and we all thought she had started making it herself again. No, it was simply one from Tesco that had gone out of date in 2012 Xmas Shock
It really was delicious though

Don't mincemeat and Christmas pudding have the same half-life as plutonium?

We ate a Christmas pudding that was 7 years out of date. It was good.

I used the remains of last year's supply recently, been in an unsealed plastic tub in the fridge, it was fine, but I make it so I know what's in it.
