I live in on the ground floor. I have one neighbour above me. Due to the lay out of the building they have no outside space. There is a communal path that leads up to their front door then to the right is my front door and my garden. The only shared area is the path. So like I said no outside space for them. Frequently they will have a clear out and leave their rubbish outside my front garden leaning against the wall. Right now there is a rug and 2 bags of rubbish. But in the past there has been fridges, sofas, beds. All plonked against my wall so it looks like it’s coming from my flat. I wouldn’t mind if it was just out for a day but it’s out there for around a week. Now before anyone else says “where else can they put it” I want to point out that my garden is the only one that ever has stuff left outside of it. I’ve never seen it outside anyone else’s so obviously them neighbours make other arrangements. I live on a street with all the same lay out. I just don’t like having rubbish dumped outside my garden constantly. Aibu??
