I am wondering if I was unreasonable to report an incident to the police that happened this afternoon. Myself and 2 dc were popping in to to see my youngests friend. I parked outside someone's house, the owner of the house pulled up and parked behind me, then went into their house. I got the dc out of the car and the man came back out of his house demanded I move my effing car or he was going to put the windows in. I had forced him to block his drive. I did move as I didn't want to risk the car, I was shaking afterwards as nothing like that has happened to me before. Sorry that was a bit long

Do you were on the street just outside his house?

Personally I'd have kept it there and reported him. By doing as he asked means he gets to behave like this.

Please report him, he sounds very nasty and threatening.

Hopefully a talking to by the police will shock him out of such behaviour.

Absolutely report him. He can't go round threatening people like that!

YANBU and I also understand why you moved.

I'd love to say I would have remained parked there but its costly to fix damage to a vehicle and just because he threatened you doesn't mean you could have proved it was him if he carried out the threat.

But good on you for reporting.
