4 month old with rash

Just posting to see if anyone knows what this is. My 4 month old has developed this rash over the last 3 hours. Her temperature is 38.2 and feels hot to touch. Anyone know what it could be?

No one can tell you but at that age you should call 111 now and probably take to a and e
Give calpol dose.
No one will complain if you take a small baby with rash and temperature to hospital to get checked out
