Egg fried rice and?

What do you usually Make with egg fried rice?

Spring rolls and pot stickers, just to make it super unhealthy (but bloody delicious 😋)

Curry!

I put a bit of chorizo and loads of veg in it and have it on it's own. Sometimes throw a load of tiny frozen prawns in as well

Spring rolls or sweet and sour cauliflower/spicy cauliflower. We're vegetarian, hence the cauliflower, but it's surprisingly tasty! I guess chicken or something would work just as well though.

Curry sauce
Usually add in beef or prawns for OH he eats it quite often

I don't really eat it unless its from the Chinese.

I don't make it alone....I would make it if I had some chicken pieces and veg to stir fry though.

Prawns or chicken and lots of veg

Curry, chips and prawn crackers.

Anything with black bean sauce!

I just mix in prawns or shrimp, pancetta cubes, peas and whatever other veg I need to use up. Then serve with green salad, soy sauce and sweet chilli / sweet & sour sauce on the side. Yum.

Few cloves garlic, chopped
1 large red chilli, chopped
400g chicken thigh, chopped
1/4 jar honey, approx
Healthy glug of dark soy sauce, approx
Sesame seeds, toasted

Takes about 10 minutes

Toast the seeds first

Then add ingredients in the order they are listed, cook in a wok until the sauce is pretty reduced, sprinkle with the toasted seeds
