channel 4 down on Sky

Posting for traffic - we have Sky (unfortunately) and all channels are working including channel 4 +1 but on C4 there is no satellite signal.

Has anybody else got the same problem?

This often happens to us. The non-HD version (804 I think) is usually working even when the main one isn't.
