Haven't received a polling card

Have tried google, but only see info for people who have newly registered.

I've been on the register for about 10 years, have always received polling cards, then as of the European Parliament Election this year it seems I've stopped getting them.

I still went to my same polling station and was able to vote, but am feeling a tad paranoid about it. Why would I have suddenly stopped receiving one? I live in a flat and other residents have received theirs, so has my flat mate.

I read stories every year of long-time voters turning up to their polling station to be told their name isn't on their lists, and I don't want this to happen to me! Especially as I won't have a card to prove it.

Is there a way I can rectify this so that I can start receiving them again Confused

Call the electoral commission

We had a letter through saying it was all logged online.

Then we received a card too. So I’m not sure what went on there.

The EC should be able to tell you. Their numbers online but doesn’t state the opening times.

We've not recieved our polling cards either. Suddenly realised this yesterday, so ended up calling the council to check... They confirmed that that we were registered and we could turn up and vote without a polling cards.

Presiding officer here!

Don't call the electoral commission, call your district council. They will check for you in seconds.

Possibly just an issue with the post, but the council will tell you your status for Thursday.
