Posting here for a little more traffic, The Staffroom board is fairly quiet.

Experienced teacher going for an interview tomorrow, any ideas on the sorts of questions likely to be asked? I'm a little rusty!

TIA

How do you ensure progress in your classroom?
How do you support PP/SEN/FSM/working class white boys?
How do you ensure challenge?
Say a naked picture sent by one student was sent around the rest of the year group; how do you contain this issue in your lesson?

And good luc!

Thanks! Great ideas.
Should have mentioned that I'm primary, here's hoping that the naked photos won't be an issue Confused

Any others?

What would you expect to see in an outstanding lesson?

There should be a safeguarding question. Also about pupil attainment/progress and your cpd. Can you give an example of a creative solution to a problem you have? Tell us about a challenging situation with a parent - what happened, how did you respond, would you do anything differently etc
