I have recently sent my Samsung S8 phone which is in excellent condition to Music Magpie their quote before sending it was £137 they wrote back to me offering me £23 saying something about screen burn. I told them to send it back!

We had the same. Offered is 320 to begin with came back with an offer of 37! Got it back took somewhere else and got 340.

I had the same with an iPhone.

Unfortunately I just played onto their hands as I was going though a very busy, stressful time so I accepted it just to have one thing ticked off.
In retrospect I wish I’d asked for it back on principle.
