Sorry, but that OP is so clearly a wind up. I live in London and have a nanny (and 1 child at a private school and the other just about to start "darling") and I know the nanny market very well.

You will not get anyone replying/applying for a job that pays £100 a week and includes babysitting and housework. Fact. Why should they when the going rate for live out is £500+ per week not including housework and every Saturday night babysitting. Particularly not someone who is Norland trained. (In fact its the Norland thing that makes me think it is a wind-up together with all the family names, and the excellent "slim" bit).

Laugh and move on would be my advice.
