Has anyone tried bwrt Brain work recursive therapy?

I'm desperate and looking for some other therapies to help me. I've come across this and wondered if it was effective. there's not much onlinr about it apart from their own website.

Has anyone tried it?

The fact that you only get their info means it's probably a bit snake-oily.

There was a very small trial a few years ago on the NHS so that's what makes me think maybe not. I don't know.
