My 5 yr old came from school yesterday with a collage of pics ripped out of an Argos catalogue with all the things he hoped Santa would bring him at Christmas. Of course my ds has stuck a picture of a Nintendo Switch. Do you think this is a bit unfair for the teacher to do this? As a single parent I know I cannot afford to buy him this gift (he already has a Wii) and it just adds pressure to a parent? When I explained to him that Santa wouldn't be bringing it him he cried and said the teacher said Santa would bring it him if he had been good? AIBU to be upset with this?
