Hi. Please can someone tell me my rights. I booked to do Rough Runner for 2 people in July, tickets cost me £70. I then got an email not long later saying the event was cancelled as not enough people had booked to do it. They then said we can apply for a refund, so I did. It said this could take up to 15th December to process?? 5 whole months? And when I emailed they have said it can take a whole year to get my refund back?? Is this legal?
