To want to take a day off...

And do nothing. Totally nothing. No school run, turn my phone off, don't get dressed and spend a day on the sofa. But I can't - I can't afford to waste a days annual leave like that. DH cant get our SEN sons ready for school (long story, another thread !). I'm just totally knackered from doing everything plus renovating a house and getting ready to move in plus xmas shopping/thinking/arranging.

YANBU - i'd love to do this too but DH's work hours mean I need to do the school run everyday, go to work during school time + weekends. I generally do 6 days a week so the 1 day I have off I feel like we have to do something as a family.

We all need time out sometimes but when I don't know!

YANBU I am tempted to sneak out of work to do just this.
