I had been going to buy something for DH for Xmas and had been sent a 20% off voucher. Excellent. Went to use it and got the " sorry, this voucher doesn't apply to your basket". It's so frustrating.
Earlier in the week, I got sent another code. Same issue. It drives me nuts.
I regularly have this issue for a particular hair care brand. Don't send out the bloody vouchers if you are going to make them so restrictive. Not only do you not get the sale, but also unlikely to get my custom going forward.
