What the hell is wrong with me? Over the last week, I’ve had several very vivid nightmares in which nothing really happens except Nigel Farage’s moon face appears out of nowhere, grinning like the Cheshire Cat. It’s actually hideous and feels very ominous....

I literally can’t bear the man. If he comes on the TV, I have to change the channel. He is smugness personified and I hold him responsible for having ruined the country by whipping up his own special brand of xenophobia and Little Englandism. “Man of the people” indeed. The tool! Can’t bear the man. Why did they give him his own show on LBC fgs? Why??? AIBU?

He is genuinely one of the most revolting characters to ever grace politics. His smirk makes me want to take my own shoe off and beat him with it til he weeps.

If ever anyone ever stands up to him publicly, he does this self-deprecating smirk-shrug like "I'm just one of you, she doesn't know what she's saying" and I can't watch it without thinking "what an arsehole you are, Cunty Farage".

Are you genuinely having nightmares or is this just a way of starting another Farage/Brexit/Tory bashing thread.

If you are genuinely having nightmares then this is out of control and can't make you unreasonable.

If you just want to start another "Farage Bad", "Brexit Bad", "Tories Bad" echo chamber where you can brand anyone with differing political opinions 'xenephobic, racist little-Englanders', then you are being very unreasonable and rather predictable.

*our of YOUR control

I’ve had at least two (possibly three) instances of Nigel Farage appearing in a dream, grinning inanely like the Cheshire Cat and larger than life. I would describe these as nightmares, yes, and that’s why I started the thread. It’s like he’s got into my psyche or something. I’ve never met him. I just literally can’t bear to look at him.

"I have a dream...😫"

Could've been worse. Could've been a sex dream Grin

I would suggest, if this is a genuine issue (I will take it at face value for now) that you need a break from Politics OP. Or less cheese before bedtime.
