Sorry posting for traffic!
My son started nursery this year, so I expected him to become ill occassionaly with "nursery germs" but he has been constantly ill for 3 months. It looks like we're now on the second bout of hand, foot and mouth in 4 weeks, with a chest infection in between. We've gone from hardly ever being poorly to him being poorly literally every other week! I give him and DS1 multi vitamins - is there anything else I can give to help boost his immune system? Is this a normal amount of ill for just starting nursery? I'm so exhausted with it all.
