To have wanted some sympathy

So dh has been proper poorly recently. He has a long term heath condition but developed an acute issue recently and is now off sick recovering.
I have a few minor health issues but nothing major.
So last night dh asked me to get him another pillow. Upon my return I banged my arm on a door handle. I howled out in pain. I am not saying I have fibromyalgia but I am quite sensitive to touch/ pain.
Both dh and dd 2 and 3 were there but not one person asked if I was ok. Yet I feel like I am constantly showing sympathy and understanding to everybody else.
Aibu to be fed up.

That hurts like hell, you poor lass.

It’s hard constantly being the care giver.
