I was chatting about this manifesto today, we both wondered why the conservative party hadn't bothered with any of these wonderful ideas since the came to power! They had plenty of time to. The reality of a conservative government is perks for the rich and business and the demonization of anyone who needs and public assistance. Soon to be extended to the NHS.
