Suddenly Xmas is looming- I have no motivation or mental energy for the effort it takes at all. I obviously want my kids to have a lovely time but even the thought of all the shopping and organising makes me want to hide. Am trying to simplify but still feel overwhelmed- if I didn’t have kids, I wouldn’t do Xmas at all & would be on the first plane to the sun!!
Aibu to feel like this? Anyone else? I just can’t be arsed with it- I feel overwhelmed with the amount of stuff my kids have anyway 🤪
