Am I a heathen?

DH and I have the worst colds ever, I'm so fed up of not being able to breathe.

So would I be a total heathen to put Olbas Oil into my neom pod thing I got today for my birthday?

I'd worry about damaging the neom pod to be honest. Don't you have to put specific oils in them?

I feel your pain, but isn't it one of those where it's on a pad, rather than just in water? Olbas can fuck up a water-only system, so I think it'll trash a pad one totally.

I have resorted to sniffing the bottle directly. I feel like one of the glue-sniffers from my teenage years

No it's a water one

Put the oil in a big hot bath. Very effective.

Also doing a saline nasal wash is good too.

Try massaging sinus areas (see u tube for guidance) and add some olbas oil to a bowl of boiling water and then make a hood with a light towel and steam face and nose breathing deeply but taking care not to singe your nose etc with the steam

Sinus rinse! How could I have forgotten?!

Actifed and sudafed for night and day.
