Suddenly noticed lines/ wrinkles!
Requirements:

  1. Cruelty free if possible
  2. mild
  3. no lanolin as I’m allergic to it Please help, thanks!

I use this stuff, which is excellent and which I think fits your requirements. It actually repairs as opposed to just adding a bit of moisture for a few hours.

Any of Boots' Protect and Perfect No 7 range is very good. It's not that cheap but it does last, especially if you're targeting under your eyes. They often have a 3 for 2 on as well, which is when I tend to stock up.

People are often quite surprised when they find out my age and that's even the ones who don't catch me jumping in puddles.

The ordinary caffeine solution is the only thing that makes a difference for me. Not a cream and not sure how it does what it does but I wouldn't be without it. Less than £6 so doesn't break the bank either.
