Ocado substitutions

Ocado have substituted my multipack of Sprout Hater crisps (Turkey and Stuffing, Glazed Ham and Cheese and Cranberry flavours ) for Sprout Lovers crisps (Turkey, Pigs in Blankets and Sprout flavours). AIBU to write to my MP about this?

Ask for compo

My children will need private therapy funding if I make them eat the sprout ones.

There must be some sort of ombudsman you could write a sternly worded email to.
