small terrace with building work going on in newly sold house next door. walls are insanely thin in the kitchen extension. can hear the builders talking and music, drilling and hammering goes through the whole place.
no problem with work being done, it doesn't seem excessive. but i'm not sure whether the new purchasers are aware of how bad the existing soundproofing is.
am i being unreasonable to stand in the kitchen and loudly discuss the (fictional) murder house next door? to keep me entertained in the gaps between drilling while i check my fillings haven't come loose...
