Not really a aibu but I'm posting her for traffic as I could really do with some advice. Basically my ex is in court for threatening and abusive behaviour. I had messages and videos of him from the day being abusive. The police have pretty much refused to take these by ignoring my persistent phone calls and then last minute saying I need to give it directly to the procreator fiscal. I did that yesterday and they have now said this evidence would give my ex no choice but to plead guilty but it's too late and can't be used.
I'm so so angry and upset. I've been fucked about with from day one and have no idea what to do anymore. My ex is going to get off and think he's done nothing wrong and never change. Resulting in him continuing to be a shitty human and impacting and possibly damaging our one year old son. I need this advice to be taken. Does anyone know how I can do that or who I can contact?
