To find the Zara website a bit frustrating!

Unless you can advise of an easier way to view their range of clothes?

For instance, I’d love to just scroll through ‘dresses’ but I find the large tiles showing beautiful models wearing them, really tricky to view. I’d love smaller images!

I just don’t find it a pleasurable experience.

Tbh I probably need to just go to their store the next time I’m near to one and browse as I’m unsure of my size anyway. What size equals a busty size 12?

It's a bloody awful website. Not browsable at all, but equally really hard to find anything specific that you might be looking for.
I find H&M the same.

Definitely not user friendly it puts me off shopping at Zara! Today I went into zara for the first time in a year or so and really liked a lot of stuff many casual items were more reasonably priced than I remember - someone needs to feedback to Zara website design team!

Forgot to say my body sounds similar to you, though I am more of a apple figure and go generally by 14 size for bottoms, so I use waist 40 for bottoms, medium size for tops.

It's absolutely abysmal, I don't know how anyone orders anything from them online

Sakura7 · 21/11/2019 18:00

Totally agree, it's a shockingly bad.

Goodnamesalltaken · 21/11/2019 18:01

It is the least user friendly website I have used. I like their clothes but hate their selling format, even in store. The colour blocking instore display really makes it hard for me to shop in there. It's very jarring!

Gingercatlover · 21/11/2019 18:05

Terrible website, terrible sizing, think a large is 12 and xl 14.

I am a 12 with large boobies and their dresses in large will not fasten across the chest so I would order anything in both sizes to try.

DobbyTheHouseElk · 21/11/2019 18:05

I’m glad someone else finds this. I decided I wasn’t their target customer as I couldn’t use the website.

Yes, it’s dreadful. And you have to pay for returns. Problem with home stuff (heavy) especially. Shame, as it’s gorgeous.

Single2catsand1daughter · 21/11/2019 18:10

So glad I'm not the only one.

SebandAlice · 21/11/2019 18:11

It is awful but so are their stores. I usually go on Saturday and they have one person operating the till and huge queues. I think it shows a disdain for their customers that they expect them to wait 30 minutes to pay. I have often left.

SweetMarmalade · 21/11/2019 18:24

I’m glad I’m not the only one!

It’s so frustrating as I do love some of their clothes but I just can’t sit comfortably and navigate the site.

Thanks for the size tips to those posters who have commented.
