...to think that Party Election Broadcasts are a waste of time...
Does anyone use party election broadcasts to decide who to vote for?I'm going through these on I-player. So far, my favourite (based purely on what I've seen) is Sinn Fein, I live in England!
Conservatives - so low brow, I mean how low can you go? and patronising-"Boris, marmite, yes or no," "fish and chips or Sunday Roast?" "Get Brexit done get Brexit done," blah blah. They did make good use of their time and the posters in the background helped to ram home their spending plans.
Labour - like limp lettuce. Full of waffle and just about managed to say "things are a bit bad for firefighters and doctors, um maybe we can help."
Seriously, the NHS is in a state, people are on the streets, but none of that here! Seemed like a colossal missed opportunity.
Lib dems- my name is Jo Swindon, I run and I'm going to tell you about myself... in lots of detail. Here are some people who joined us because they didn't like their party.
DUP - stilted nonsense (sorry, but really)
Sinn Fein - made a lot of sense, but they don't attend parliament and I live in England.
Shame not to see a Green Party one.
