Court and self representing

Cross posting here just for traffic. Apologies.

I'm self representing in a child arrangements court order next week. My ex has a barrister.

I'm really anxious and I barely held it together when I had a barrister in previous hearings so I'm dreading it this time. Would be really grateful for any tips or any information about how judges deal with litigants in person.

Thanks

The judge will have to make sure things are fair. Stay calm and don’t let the barrister provoke you into an emotional response.
