WIBU to take these boots back?

I bought a pair of boots 3 weeks ago. They were £55 so not ridiculously cheap ones. I’ve only worn them a few times but noticed yesterday that the lining is coming up from the sole inside (see photo) I noticed because my foot was hurting as it was rubbing. I can’t get it to lie flat again.

The thing is it looks so minor!! I bought them from our local independent shoe shop who are fab but it feels harder to take shoes back when it’s a little shop rather than Clark’s.

Would you take them back or just get insoles or something and not bother? I imagine it will only get worse as well. Do you think the shop SHOULD swap them for this? I feel like it’s a small thing but it does rub and they are only 3 weeks old.....

Yes take them back, £55 is quite expensive and I'd expect them to last.
I've only just had to buy insoles for some ankle boots after 3 years regular use.
