Name changed because I am so angry and embarrassed.
I have always had things delivered to my house without issue - if I've been out it's been left with a neighbour or behind the bins no problem.
Today I had Aesop's poo drops (and handwash) delivered but the parcel appears to have been stolen! Hermes included a photo of the package behind a flower pot but it's not there and I can't find it anywhere else e.g. inside the bins. I've looked everywhere.
I got it from a third party shop and I don't know how I am ever going to face contacting customer services about this.
I thought it would be a "hilarious" Christmas gift for DP but it's turned out to be a very expensive mistake 
I now also feel sick thinking that a neighbour has been stealing from me. The house is on a bit of a side road so people don't walk through without a reason really.
