I order from them regularly and, in the last year, on 2 of the bottles (of the same scent, weirdly) the sprayer stopped working half way through the bottle. With the first, I just put it down to back luck but, when it happened again, I decided to e-mail to tell them and ask for a replacement bottle. Well... I got a phone call yesterday and the person on the other side was rather short with me. No apology, 'these things happen, even with high end brands' and an implication that it was my fault for breaking it. Long story short, I've to send both bottles back at my expense and they will 'repair' the sprayers. AIBU to be royally pissed off and not want to use them again?

Presume you mean Perfume Parlour?
Never had a problem and have about 70 of their sprays.
I guess "these things happen" Grin
If they weren't refunding or replacing then I'd be a bit miffed. So that bit sounds odd. Can it be worth their while repairing the spray? Dunno.

I think that not a lot of people knew which company you meant (I didn't!) hence the lack of replies.

Their customer service doesn't exactly sound fantastic though.
