My 3yo son keeps announcing to me that he's touched his bumhole and is off to wash his hands. If he puts his hands in his pants to touch his bum, he also informs me that he in fact did not touch his bumhole on that occasion.

Why?

Oh FFS, it's clearly a light-hearted thread about the weird and daft things young kids do.

I once caught my then toddler DS washing his toy car with my pastry brush. Only he wasn't using water, he'd dipped it in his potty.

When my DS was 3 he politely handed me a small ball of brown stuff.
Me: Oh is that chocolate?!
DS: No mummy, poo poo
They're completely gross aren't they?? Adorable, but gross.

Because toddlers are wonderful little creatures and it obviously needed announcing very loudly.

My DS3 decides, at every nappy (don't ask!) change that he needs to pick fluff off his willy

Cue 20 mins of me waiting for him until he's done. He literally sits, picking imaginary fluff off of his penis. And God help us all if he actually finds some!

DS once asked why the windows tasted different.

It was the idea that not only had he just licked the windows but that he had a taste bank to refer to!

(The windows tasted different because DH had just cleaned them, probably inspired to do so by the strange smears which kept appearing!)
