This morning I had a shower that was almost 18 minutes long. It was lush (is that still a word?!) I love my showers. Used the power bit to massage neck and back, sat on the floor with the water just giving me a big hug. Hot blast, mainly warm but finished with a cold blast to wake me up and prepare me for the day ahead. After, puss cat cuddles. How can you beat this?

By doing this and then quickly drying off and getting under the duvet while still wonderfully warm. Best sleep ever.

I love to stand for ages under a nice hot shower, though I realise it's not environmentally friendly to waste too much water. It's the one time of the day I can just chill out without thinking about what chores need doing, being stressed at work, or answering "muuuum...." questions. My cat often sits on the toilet seat waiting for cuddles after, but she has to wait until I've dried off properly, otherwise I'm covered in black fur and would need to jump back in Grin.

By not having a cuddle with a cat afterwards. Don’t you get covered in cat hair and smelling like cat...?

Fluffypudcats · 04/11/2019 18:18

Shirley I hope you were just joking about the delicious piece of scrumptiousness that in my little boy cat. He doesn't smell (well, only of him) and his hairs just float away. Oh and he's black too 😻
